“Is it doing anything for ya?” 

Well, I’m not sure to be frank. 

Though my dreams are more 

like VR now  

a nightly heart attack. 

“You won’t get hooked now will ya?” 

Well, my doc she says I can’t. 

Though there’s comfort in  

the morning gulp, 

knowing something’s got my back. 

‘Suppose it’s been a long time coming, 

years of rebound back to black.
